Unseeded Natalie Grinham secured the shortest quarter-final win of the day in the Women’s Atwater Cup to earn a place in the last four of the WISPA World Tour Silver 20 squash event in its third year at Club Atwater in the Canadian city of Montreal.

Cleveland Quarter Finals Today! An English semi-finalist will be guaranteed after first round victories for Laura Massaro and Jenny Duncalf. Massaro was the first to progress after beating Egyptian Raneem El Weleily in the pair’s seventh meeting in the past 12 months.

Malaysia’s Nicol David, who has topped the women’s world squash rankings unopposed since August 2006, begins her 2011 campaign at the new Cleveland WISPA Classic, the first WISPA Gold event of the year at the Cleveland Racquet Club in Cleveland in the US state of Ohio from 30 January to 2 February.
