I’ve had a hectic few weeks of training here in the USA.
With 3 weeks down, and 3 to go until the Malaysian Open, I’ve been working with my coach, Rod Martin on areas that will improve my game. In addition to killer on court sessions (these sessions are still the hardest of all), I’m doing 3 gym sessions and 3 eliptical interval sessions per week.
I’ve found a new respect for the eliptical (aka Nancy) and find myself needing the morning to mentally prepare for what is to come. Anyway, I’m enjoying this training (I must be a masochist) and feel it will help me improve my game (let’s hope it comes together in Malaysia)!
