Last night I defeated World Number 6, Annie Au 12/10 11/8 11/9 in the last 16 of the Delaware Investments U.S. Open. It was great to win in straight sets against Annie as I lost to her last time at the Malaysian Open in September and I couldn’t have won without my coach, Rod Martin, who was able to talk to me in between games. A huge thank you also goes to my sponsors, Harrow and Delaware investments who continually give back to squash in the USA.
Tomorrow night I play World Number 3, Raneem El Weleily in the quarter finals on the glass court at 6pm and will be streamed live on PSA SquashTV.

Last night I lost to World Number 3, Raneem El Weleily 8/11 13/11 10/12 9/11. It was a closely contested match and I felt I had opportunities to win but did not produce the winning shots on the night.
A big thank you goes to Delaware Investments for all of their support toward the event and I look forward to competing again next year.
I have a week now until I leave for the China Open
