Meadowood Pharmacy Open

Hello Squash Fans, especially those in Winnipeg, the Meadowood Pharmacy Open has started. Last night four qualifiers: Nikki Todd, Suzie King, Imelda Salazar Martinez and our own Tara Chawla made it through to the main round. Tonight I am playing Nikki Todd at 6pm.

In an hour and a half the first round matches will be played at the Winnipeg Winter Club. The last match is scheduled for 7:30. Admission is free, so come watch some amazing women compete!

Alana Miller represented Canada in professional squash and reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 30 in May 2009. She was the Canadian National Champion for 2003, 2007 & 2008. Alana retired after representing Canada at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, retiring as the 35th ranked women's squash player and highest ranked Canadian woman.
