A showdown of two fast and furious

One last match for me and I wanted to give it all I had against Natalie Grinham in the finals. The match went on and on in the first game. She was using the height of the court a lot while I was trying to get onto every shot possible. It was a close game but it was a whole different case in the second game.

She just got the feel of the corners and I made a few errors that got her 8-2 up. I wasn’t happy with that so I fought hard to take it one point at a time. I found my momentum, she made a few mistakes and it carried on up til I won the game 11-8.

After taking that game, I went in firing through with whatever I got. Some retrieving from both of us made it entertaining for the crowd with our rallies. I had a better lead in the third but I could not let my guard down at all. I won 3-0 with a sigh of relief that I’m finally done after 3 tournaments in a row.

Thanks again for the support I’ve had from those following SquashStars!
